1993 - 2011
2011 - Bubba had a long-term digestive disorder that prevented him from getting enough nutrients from his food.  Bob did everything that could be done to keep Bubba happy and free of pain, and he enjoyed a good year with his stable mates from Blackwater Acres.   However, he finally reached a point where his quality of life was going downhill and the call was finally made to have him put down.  Eighteen years is a good run for a Clydesdale.  Here's hoping he and Carla are together again.

5-31-2010 - Bubba and ZZ - Together Again! - Bob has new quarters and room for Bubba, so he brought Karla's first and favorite back home.  Bubba seems very happy to be back with his little buddy ZZ. 
 

 

 

 

 

12-28-2008 - Bubba was  taken in by Carla's best friend and is well and very happy in his new home.  As you can see by the pictures he is not only looking great, but has a girlfriend who he spends all his time with.  Certainly the best possible outcome for this sweet natured and beautiful horse.
